How can I fix a jquery request error on my mobile app?

Hey my homepage have a problem with javascript, an app is requesting a jquery and causing error to load on mobile (not simulator). 

trying to find the culprit and fix this issue. 

anyone is able to help? 

tried asking theme developer, but they say its not their end.
