How can I fix a suspicious Facebook link redirect?

My Facebook page has been redirected to a suspicious page that looks like mine, but it is not.
I don't have access to my htaccess files, and I am not getting the help I need.
I have been asking, using tools and the G search to confirm the redirect.

I am extremely frustrated. All I need is to have this fixed.
Is there a way to fix this from the outside?
