How can I fix an SSL pending issue on my purchased domain?

Hello, i've purchased a domain through shopify when i purchased it, next to my doamin it shows SSL Pending what can i do to resolve this and get it fix, thank you.

I appreciate the information that you have provided as that is very helpful!

 

It can take up to 48 hours for an SSL certificate to propagate. If the SSL is still stuck on pending after 48 hours, where required our team can manually provision the domain certificate from our end.

 

From here, please navigate to our Help Center here and proceed to ask the virtual chat assistant to contact support. You can follow the prompts from there in order to be connected with one of our Support Advisors.

 

Once your SSL is resolved, it's also a good idea to set up a custom domain email address if you haven't already done so. This will allow your business to appear more professional, which will then strengthen trust with prospective customers. While Shopify doesn't currently offer email hosting natively on our platform, if you're just starting out, a popular choice to help with setting up your custom email address is Zoho Mail. Otherwise, Google Workspace is also a commonly used provider for hosting your custom email.
