How can I fix CLS issues in my online store's footer?

When I run speed tests on gtmetrix.com, I consistently get significant layout shifts attributing to my slow page speed. When I look at what is causing these shifts, all of the top elements it cites as causing this issue are in my footer.

Please help me fix this!

Same problem here...100% of my pages fail with like a .84 CLS all because of <div id="shopify-section-footer" class="shopify-section"> - Did you happen to find the cure?
