How can I fix index errors affecting my e-commerce sales?

Hello, I am a brand new e-commerce company, I have a total of 3 e-commerce stores but I only have one available to the public yet. I am the only individual doing all the work, I need a business partner. I need someone who can complete what I cannot.

I have index errors that are seriously preventing me from my sales. I think I found and fixed the problem earlier today. I am willing to make the individual co-founder of my company. Job requirements include fixing index errors, SEO work, advertising/generating sales and more. 

I know for a fact that I am after losing sales because of these errors, I would be doing fine now if these errors didn't prevent these individuals from checking out. I know by the insights/results. I even had people coming back 3 to 4 times in a row until they just gave up I guess I don't know. I have been on government assistance way too long, I have been working so hard to get off get assistance because I am too smart and got a lot going for me which I deserve with the awful abusive background. I am a miracle and would be an awesome success story. People can't believe it when I tell them everything I have been testing and survived. Please, can anyone connect remotely and fix for me supper.
