How can I fix site speed issues flagged by web.dev?

I'm having site speed issues when checking with web.dev. Performance is at 44 (sometimes gets lower). I'm using speedboostr to see what the issues could be and looking at the source code I'm getting an error. 

Error handling response: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'takeRecords')
at Function.e.closeListeners (chrome-extension://clmkdohmabikagpnhjmgacbclihgmdje/content-script.js:1:5858)
at chrome-extension://clmkdohmabikagpnhjmgacbclihgmdje/content-script.js:1:3858

When I click on the index for this it's under the dummy chat iframe button. The index itself is blank. So I know nothing of coding or anything like that I just google everything, so if anyone can walk me through how to fix this, it would be great.

I have tested your store in page insight tool, it is

solve your images sizes issues,

For each image on the page, Lighthouse compares the size of the rendered image against the size of the actual image. The rendered size also accounts for device pixel ratio. If the rendered size is at least 4KiB smaller than the actual size, then the image fails the audit.

Specify multiple image versions and the browser will choose the best one to use:

Site speed is based on various factors where main issues are some unused javascript, images compression and all, basically in today's era, most audiences reach through the mobiles so make sure the speed of mobile should always be in good condition i.e; 70 to 75+.

Try to find errors or bugs and resolve it,
Make sure about do not to use much more apps, use only mandatory ones, after uninstalling the app there are some scripts that are besides in the liquid so try to find those unused codes and remove them.

Make sure about the pics that they are not very large compress them in standard manner and you found that your store speed will be increased but these are all only done by the professional developer.
