How can I fix the issue of sending ID documents for payment acceptance?

Hello,

I received a shopify account from my friend. And I have a problem that in order to accept payments, I have to send a photo of an identity document. But, when I click on it, his name is preset. I changed my name to mine in my profile settings, but it didn't help. I do not know what to do.

The personal information on your Shopify account and the personal information on your Shopify Payments account are separate, so updating one does not update both.
