How can I fix the mobile menu transparency issue on Dawn Theme 10.0.0?

I just updated to Dawn Theme 10.0.0. My desktop & mobile menu is transparent. I found the solution to make the desktop version non transparent but my mobile version is still transparent. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I attached a picture so you can see what I am dealing with.
