Hello,
I need technical support. Actually my customers suffer from regarding shipping address. when my customer try to make an order they see one error example: shipping not available for this address. they received that kind of error. Can you please help to solve this error
Hi, @jasmeet1!
Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and sharing your concern. I’m happy to help.
I understand that some of your customers are receiving an er or when trying to check out. The error message "this order cannot be shipped to the address entered", could occur for several reasons, one being that one of the items in your cart has not been assigned a shipping rate, or one item has a shipping rate that is not available in the specific region. I suggest going through our Shipping Profile guide to ensure that your shipping rates are set up correctly.
I also noticed that the address in the file that you shared appears to be incorrect. The address is typically synced via Google Maps, so please reach out to the customers to ensure that they entered the correct address.
If you’d like, feel free to share your store URL and the products in question, along with the products and address, so that I can gather more information about this issue. Alternatively, we’d be happy to take a look at the specific abandoned cart and continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request.
Feel free to reply back to this thread with any questions or updates and we can continue our conversation further!

Hi Mac, Hoping you're still around. Have read through this carefully and found solution to our problem.... sort of .
In a nutshell we are in Canada and Export to the USA. So Shopify Markets is a fabulous solution.
Have created a new store and it's ready to go. But we don't need this new Shopify store to TRACK INVENTORY as we already do that in the warehouse.
Ran into same issue as in this thread ... customer could not complete sale. I went in and added inventory to one test item then set it to TRACK INVENTORY and voila the checkout works when that particular item is selected.
So before I continue and add fake inventory and set all product to TRACK INVENTORY. Is there a better solution? OR is there a way to do this "go around" as a batch rather than one by one?
Fingers crossed someone can help.
