How can I generate a CSR for a pending SSL on my site?

Hi Guys,

My SSL has been pending for over 2 days now and it wont seem to work i need to generate what is called CSR to make it work on shopify. Can someone please help me out?

Shopify will provide you with a free SSL certificate so long as your domain is set up correctly. A CSR would not be required. Assuming that you are using a third-party domain, you'll need to check the DNS records to ensure that you do not have any additional "A" records or "AAAA" records. If you can supply your domain then I can check this for you via public records. 

If the domain is set up correctly and does not have any additional records, then we may need to reprovision the certificates for the domain. To do so will require reaching out to our Support so they can help resolve this.

Hello, I am having the same issues, and feel dumb for asking this. I have my domain and pending SSL Certificate at domain.com, My DNS records direct to Shopify. Is Shopify my "HOST", or would be Domain.com. OR Do I need to purchase an additional hosting package? It's been a long while since I built a site, so I appreciate your help.
