How can I have taxes included in the price but have them separated for invoice creation?

Hello,

I am using the Order Printer app within Shopify to create my invoices. In order for taxes to be displayed there, I need to have the option to calculate taxes selected on Shopify (or so I was told). 

I really want the taxes to be included in the price shown in my store, because I feel this additional cost leads to abandoned checkouts (since there is also the shipping cost calculated at the end). Is there a way to have taxes included but separated for the invoicing app? Please help!

Also, I just notices there is "Taxes included" saying on every product page, although taxes are being added in the checkout! No wonder I'm not making any sales lol. PLEASE HELP!
