Hello all, I decided to buy from my own store because it's my first time going all in trying to produce some sales, and I wanted to get a feel for the fulfillment process, which I am very glad I did. After purchasing from my store and reviewing the transaction from my bank app, there are a few things I noticed that I definitely do not want showing:
1. My personal phone number are in both the transaction "name" and/or "title" and description.
2. The first half of the transaction "name" and/or "title" is the name of a product I tried to sell on my store over a year ago.
3. In the description of the transaction, it also shows my home address
I have gone through all my settings and figured the address part is an obvious mistake, and that I (at least I think) need to put a preferred address into my delivery settings. Other than that, I cannot seem to uncover why the name of an old product is the name of the transaction, and I also cannot figure out why my phone number is in the name of the transaction, AND in the description.
Any words of advice or insight will be much appreciated. Thank you for your time!
