How Can I implement feature like this? Customer dashboard with artwork preview/approve/etc...

Hi, I would like to ask some questions regarding a feature that I saw on other people's website.

This website is a e-commerce store that sells customized pet portraits. It has a feature that allow customers to login to a customer account after they have place order.


When the customers login to their account, they can view the status of the artwork and able to see the completed artwork after it is edited by the inhouse editor team. Customers can also approve the artwork or request revision in this customer dashboard.


I'm using Dawn theme for my shopify store. I would like to know how can I implement this type of features. Is there an option to enable this kind of feature on shopify settings? Any information or a simple guide/walkthrough is much appreciated.

If there is no way to implement this with basic shopify settings and if it is required to install a specific app. Do recommend me the best app that can help me to implement this feature.

Would this be after they have placed the order? In that case we think order metafields can be used to share the pictures.
