Is there any way to get support to investigate poor admin site speed? The service status page claims everything is normal, yet admin portal & app is painfully slow, and customers are reporting issues with 'payments being unavailable'.
Is there any way to actually contact a human being for some support?

These are great questions! At the moment, I can confirm with you that we are not experiencing slow loading times within the Shopify admin with our merchants. In this case, I would suggest attempting to clear the cache out of your browser to see if that allows the admin to load quicker.
If the issue persists after clearing the cache, you may want to try a different browser. For example, if you are using Safari - try this action on Google Chrome.
Regarding your customers receiving the error "payments being unavailable", we will need to take a closer look into your online store. Since we cannot authenticate you over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared, it be would best to login to your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.
Once you successfully login, or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak with a Support Advisor about the situation.
