How can I improve mobile performance and fix Gtag issues?

I currently have a performance problem on my store, I'm not satisfied with the result on mobile, is there a way/code to fix performance issues.

1. Enable Gzip compression get code from google and put in web panel and place in .htaccess file.

2. Image optimize, upload wpexpress

3. External resources

load in footer

Js Asynchronously load

Defer/ Delayed

4. lazy load images (cloud flare)

5. Google fonts by bootstrap CDN url through Swap load
