Hi, Ollie,
Thank you for the response.
Your advises are really good, but the problem is that I have already done everything that you have suggested, but the problem remains.
Hello @Daddywentnuts,

Here are some suggestions to optimize the speed of your Shopify store:
1. Enhance your image optimization
Although you mentioned reducing image sizes, it's advisable to confirm if they are properly optimized for the web. Make sure you use compressed image formats like JPEG or PNG and consider utilizing image optimization tools or Shopify apps to further reduce file size while maintaining quality.
2. Minimize your code
Shrinking the size of your HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files through minification can lead to faster load times. Various online tools can automatically minify your code, or you can utilize Shopify apps to handle this task for you.
3. Utilize a content delivery network (CDN)
CDNs deliver your store's content from servers located closer to your visitors, reducing data travel distance and enhancing load times. Confirm that Shopify's built-in CDN functionality is enabled in your Shopify settings.
4. Evaluate your Shopify theme
Some themes are naturally slower than others. Consider switching to a lightweight, optimized theme specifically designed for speed. Explore options prioritizing performance in the Shopify Theme Store.
5. Assess installed apps
While apps provide functionality, having an excess can slow down your store. Evaluate currently installed apps and remove any unnecessary ones or those significantly impacting page load times.
6. Check for external scripts
External scripts like live chat widgets, social media integrations, or tracking codes can contribute to slower page load times. Review installed scripts and remove or optimize them if possible.
7. Monitor store performance
Shopify offers built-in analytics and reports on your store's performance. Pay attention to metrics such as server response time, page load time, and overall site speed. Regularly monitoring these metrics helps identify ongoing issues or areas for improvement.
If you have followed these steps and continue to experience slow speeds, it may be beneficial to contact Shopify's support team for further assistance. Also, you can refer to this guide on improving your online store speed.
Let me know if you require any further guidance.
