How can I integrate gift cards into an aggregator site using API and Sandbox?

I am looking to integrate our gift cards into an gift card aggregator site and they are requesting our API documentation and sandbox information - where can I find these?  And also, can I limit to API so they only have access to the gift cards, & if so, how? Or is this something they do on their side?
