How can I locate an app's API token and track its actions?

Hello everyone,

I would like to know: 

1. How can I find the token that is used by an app installed on the store? Once an app is installed on the store, it receives a token with a series of scopes/access/permission that can use. I need the token received by the app once installed. Note: It is a 3rd party app, installed from the Shopify app store.

2. How can I check the actions/changes/calls performed by an app via API using its token
