How can I manage pillow size and color variants on Shopify?

Hi. I make custom sized pillows, sometimes out of limited sized pieces of fabric. I want my customer to be able to choose the size, which would each have a different cost. But I have many pieces with the same pattern in different colors. On Etsy you can choose the quantity available by color and the size by price. I’ve been trying but haven’t been able to figure out how to do this on Shopify. I’m not sure if this makes any sense but does anyone have any experience with this?
