How can I manually add the FB pixel code?

Hi All, 

Can someone tell me where I can add the FB pixel code manually. Shopify requests many rights to enable automatic linking with MBS so therefore I would like to add it directly via scripts in those Pages. 

Can anyone help me where and how I can best do this?
