How can I map my React marketplace to a new Shopify store?

We are currently operating a marketplace built on React. However, we have found multiple benefits in switching to Shopify such as easy plug-ins and site changeablility.

Our aim is to switch over to Shopify to create a seamless experience for customers, while mapping the store to our current react app, in the sense that every product that is listed over there is synchronized and equally uploaded onto our Shopify store. We have not been able to find a solution to do this, and would love if you could share some advice, or possibly even a solution that is in place already.
