How can I modify a banner only in the mobile version?

I want to change one of our banner sections in the mobile version but not in the desktop version. How do I do it?

It is the second banner in our website, the one with all the logos.

I just like to clarify, change the banners or you like different image banner in the dekstop and different on the mobile? If that so you can check this one.

make two banners copy first banner and paste first desktop banner make display none max-width 450 or 550 and mobile banner make diplay block max-width 450 or 550 otherwise display none..
