How can I modify a locked section in website themes?

Hi All, having a bit of an issue appreciate help with. Our previous development company built the themes with a locked section which we can’t hide and when voiding it’s code it corrupts the whole theme and currently we are working on Shogun to import the product pages and change the design but this section is locked and we can’t change it. (Section highlighted in yellow)

any suggestions or advice?

So, do you want to hide this locked section for the particular page or for all the pages?

I need to check your theme code to help you to hide that locked section.
