How can I modify my name and date of birth for payout method approval?

Hey there, I cannot figure out how to change my name or date of birth? It won’t accept my payout method unless I change it. Please help! Kind regards

You have to reach out to Shopify's customer support directly, to have them change this (you can't do it yourself).
