How can I modify text and image sizing for mobile and desktop views?

Hello guys,

I am looking to change the formatting of my image and text section but I'm not quite sure how to. I have attached below how the section looks like right now (Image 1), what I want the section to look like in mobile view (Image 2), and how I want it to look like in desktop view (Image 3).
