How can I modify the search bar to show keyword-based results?

Hi, we are trying to get our search bar to show results by keywords not just product and page titles. We have a lot of information pages and would like our search bar too look for keywords throughout site vs just titles. For instance if we search the word tent, it would show result for each usage of the word tent. Thx!
