How can I modify the URL of my cart page for better SEO?

I need to change the URL handle to my cart page, but cannot seem to find where this is possible. Right now it is just "/cart"... is there a way to add more to this? The end goal is to stop it from flagging my SEO checker for no anchor text or keywords in the URL.
