How can I move the menu bar under the header in Brooklyn theme?

Hello, I am building a website on Shopify and using the Brooklyn theme. I removed the hamburger option by deleting the code to compress the nav if there are too many links in the theme.scss.liquid file. However, it moved the navigation bar off-screen.

I wanted to know how do I move the menu bar under the header?
