How can I offer local pickup based on postal code?

I have a shop where I would like to allow Local Pickup. We only have one physical location so I'd like the option to allow pickup to those near that area. For everyone who enters a postal code too far away it shouldn't allow them to select the pickup option as it only adds confusion. How can I achieve this?

It's under your Settings >Shipping and Delivery > Local Pickup Address

It seems like you want to provide store pickup option to customers who are nearer to your store. So I think you should make use of Stellar Delivery Date & Pickup to implement store pickup feature in your store by which you can add your store location for store pickup.
