How can I optimize H1 tags for SEO in the Dawn theme?

Hi there,

I am strugling with the Seo on my webpage, Is this even possible without going into code.

Shopify tells me I dont need H1 Tags anymore the themes are allready optimised for Seo.

But when I go to a website that ranks my website I allways get these missing H1 taGS ETC.

So I want to leartn and understand this and how to approach this.

I have this program that tells me where i put H1 and H2 etc. and On the product pages I can enter the H1 and H1-2 2. On the collection page I am trying to do the same thing because it has the same structure. But in the program i showesup only as H1 and no H1-2 allthough it is exactly the same structure

On the homepage I completly have no H1 tag. on the contact page I have the H1 Tag because I show the page(see Photo) as I on my home page I hide the page. 

does anyone has any idea what i do wrong or what I can do to fix this.
