How can I optimize my mobile site for all users?

I made a website using shopify, and when I go to the website on my phone, the website opens in pc mode, so it works for all users. how can this be solved?

Thanks for your message, I would be happy to take a look. However, the URL you shared is not working for me. Can you ensure you are sending the correct store URL so I can access the shop? Are you also able to confirm what you mean by "PC mode" exactly?
