How can I overlay text on an image in multicolumn?

Hi Guys,

1- Can anyone help me move my "description" text in the Multicolumn section to be placed over the image with a custom font colour and size?

2- Help remove top and bottom padding on Multicolumn section, as i don't have the sliders.
