How can I permanently eliminate spam backlinks on my website?

We are being spammed with spam backlinks from multiple pages ending with a "-k.html" that points to many images on our website and affects our SEO.

For now, I have disavowed these backlinks to avoid getting a penalty from Google.

But Could anyone help me to fix this issue permanently? How could I get rid of spam backlinks permanently?
