How can I prioritize specific product listings in Google's 'near me' searches?

I’m utilizing Google Merchant Center for a project I recently took on. The products have all been uploaded prior to me. 

My question - my manager wants specific products that are in stock to show up in “near me” searches as the top thumbnail in google results. How do I do this?
