I have started a free trial to get in touch with a support agent. I don’t understand why this company makes it so hard to get in contact with somebody.
I have a seller on here that deleted their store and has not fulfilled their order. I can’t request help with my order because the order confirmation URL no longer exists. What do I do? Somebody please help me.

To clarify, Shopify is an ecommerce software some merchants use to build stores for their own businesses.
We don't handle the shipping or orders for these independent businesses here at Shopify ourselves.
As such your best bet would be to reach out to the store you ordered from for an update.
Try replying to any confirmation they would have sent to you, or try checking on the store page for any contact info you can use to reach out to them about your order.
If you're unable to contact the store you ordered from and 30 days or more have passed you can next reach out to the payment method you used (card issuer, PayPal, etc) to let them know what has happened and that you wish to dispute this transaction.
Should the store in question prove to be using Shopify this will also trigger a review of that store internally.
