How can I reach the customer support effectively?

When I go to this link https://help.shopify.com/en/support/topic-select/account/logging-in/contact it tells me to contact support by going to https://help.shopify.com/en/support/topic-select 

From there I select "Account" -> "Logging In" which puts me back at https://help.shopify.com/en/support/topic-select/account/logging-in/contact which then prompts me to contact support by linking me to https://help.shopify.com/en/support/topic-select 

This is a circle of nothing, how do I actually contact support? Why would the site be designed to have a endless loop of useless information? Is this designed to infuriate people looking to contact support lol?

Usually, when contact options do not appear under the Get Support headline, you need to clear your cache/cookies and browser data or try on a new device or browser to create a new connection. Please let me know if that works for you.
