How can I reactivate my inactive account after changing my debit card details?

Hi so l ended up changing my debit card detail and it logged me out and inactivated my account. I reached out to shopify and they got back to me and asked me to send them the necessary document to reactivate my account l did send it. Its been 10 Days was no response l reached to shopify customer support almost everyday and they all was said they said you will get a response one even said you will get a response in 24 hours but nothing l check my email spam folder and ever single labels but there is nothing please l really need my account back

Unfortunately there is no way Support can help you with this via the Community. I would recommend you to check with support again and also ensure they have the right email address.

Can you send this to someone that have a connection was the team? Because shopify customer support can not do anything
