How can I reactivate my inactive online store account?

I haven't logged in for a couple of months, and now my store is inactive, and nobody at shopify is replying to my emails asking for help, and there is no option to choose a new plan.  Just takes me to a screen saying the store is unavailable, or it will be back soon.  But how can I get it back if I can't get in to the account part?

Please help!
