Hi, @speedpeeps!

Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your concern, I would be happy to point you in the right direction.

We’ll need to access your account in order to investigate the reason behind the frozen status of your store. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V and log in to your account to create a support request.

Since this is the next step I've marked this reply as the solution for the benefit of others who may discover this topic. Thanks!

Hi @speedpeeps,

If you missed paying your Shopify subscription bill or if a payment fails three times, then your store is frozen until you settle your bill with Shopify.

If that is the case, you can reactivate your account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your store with the admin email.

  2. Pay the outstanding balance on your account.

  3. If you reactivate your store more than 30 days after your last bill was issued, then do the following:

    - Pick a new plan.

    - Pay for the upcoming subscription cycle.

You can find more information to reactivate your store in this help document

I hope it helps.

Good evening. I have come across the same issue however every attempt to reach customer service page shows “400 bad request”. Is there another way to contact support to resolve this?

Hi, @PeckerDecker!

Thank you for joining this thread.

I understand that you are having issues getting in touch with support. Kindly try accessing support via the Help Center. To access our live support, you can ask the Virtual Shopify Assistant to "contact support." It will then guide you on the next steps to connect with a team member who can assist you further.

If you are still having issues, please try the additional local troubleshooting steps here:

  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try a different web browser to rule out any browser issues.
  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example)

Let me know how that goes!
