How can I reactivate my inactive online store?

my store is now inactive.how can i active this and what should i do know please help me

I appreciate that you have included a screenshot of the error message you are receiving when attempting to login to your online store. Since I cannot authenticate for you the store over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared, I am unable to look into any account specifics.

 

In this case, it would be best to reach out to our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page.

 

Once you successfully login, or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.

Thanks for the reply. From where can I do live chat? I went to the page you gave me and could not locate the chat.

Thanks for quick response.

 

Once you navigate to our Contact Us page, you can attempt to login to your online store or select the option to Continue without logging in and you will be directed to the Help Center. I took a couple of screenshots to assist you with the navigation.

 

Select the topic that you would like assistance with, in this case - we can choose the topic Account.

Since this error message is occurring when you attempt to login to your online store, we can select Logging in to see the options to contact our live support.

After that is selected, you can scroll down on the page to see the options to Get Support.

Thank you very much. However, the option to call or chat is not showing on my screen. How can I display this one?

The options displayed will depend on the time and your location. In this case, I would suggest attempting to email our support team and bring to their awareness that you are experiencing login issues with your online store. They will be able to authenticate you for the store in question and assist you further.
