How can I rearrange listings on my Home page?

How do I change the sorting of listings on my Home page?

I'm not too savvy with computers, where is the Screen Options area, are there pics, or is there a tutorial about it? As you can see in the pic, they are alphabetical, I don't want it to be. Also I can't seem to upload the picture
