How can I recover a lost store in Shopify Partner after client transfer?

i created a store in shopify partner now i am transfering store owner ship to client but it says
 "This store is paused until your transfer request is accepted and your client selects a billing plan " 
but my client alredy purchased a plan and the store is not showing in my stores list where i can access.
if its possible to get back store in my account ?

i want my store back in my account first of all
kindly help me as soon as possible.

There is a possibility that the merchant may have not yet accepted the store transfer request. However, through our community forum, I'm unable to determine the exact cause due to being unable to authenticate your account.

 

I recommend getting in touch with our Partner Support team via your Partner Dashboard as our team requires the Partner Account Owner to reach out.
