How can I recover my account without 2 factor authentication codes?

How do I get into my account? I need 2 factor authentication in order to log onto my account but don’t have my codes in order to recover it

Thanks for reaching out. If you set up two factor authentication on your account, you would have enabled one of the available methods, such as using SMS text messages, an authenticator app, a security key, or a built-in authenticator. You can check out this help document for instructions on logging in using two factor authentication. 

 

If you aren't able to use your chosen two factor authentication method (and you don't have your recovery codes saved), you'll need to contact our support team for assistance in regaining access to your account. To do so, head over to the Help Center, enter the details of your issue into the chat assistant, and select Account Support or Chat with a Support Advisor, depending on what option is shown.

This solution does not work in my case, password reset page will not load, just keeps reloading the select account page, when I try to get support via shopify help centre, ai talks in circles, doesn't get it that page is reloading, and the link from the bot, to real help, doesn't load either, not very helpful !!!
