How can I recover my deleted launch day website?

Literally the day of our launch, when trying to check our website for a last time to see if everything is ready, our website seems to have gotten deleted. The message that is showing up says “this shop is unavailable”. How can we sort this our as soon as possible?

What are the changes you have made before getting this error?
Did you make changes related to DNS as well, sometimes this issue occurs because DNS changes may take some time if you have made any changes. 

 

Also if you can share your store URL that will help further investigate the issue.

No, we did not make any changes to the DNS. We had bought a domain. The
only significant change we made, other than minor changes to the site's
content, was changing the billing information.
