How can I reduce padding in the Refresh theme header?

Hi team,

I am using the newest "Refresh" theme and want to get reduce the padding in at the top and bottom of the orange header section. Its too thick at the moment so you cannot see much unless you scroll down on the website. I have put my website details here for you to check.

Your logo is too big, it has a lot of empty spaces on the top and bottom, making the whole header taller in order to fit the logo. 

Use this version of the logo instead, we've cropped it to better fit. Give it a try and let us know!
