How can I reduce total blocking time for my website's load speed?

Hi, I have been trying to reduce load time for my website, driftndrive.com.au,
I have been having issues specifically with mobile loading as shown below

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me and resolve this issue. As I have little coding experience.

Can you please share link of the page in which you are facing the issue ? and analysis link too. 
So we can check and give you relevant suggestions.

Sorry for the late reply but it seems as if it is happening on different pages as well, upon first load but then it does not happen again.
