How can I refresh my ajax cart every time it's toggled?

I'm current using ajaxify cart and Collections Add to Cart Button together. But the problem is, when i click add to cart, then click on cart icon to view cart, it not update, just toggle the old cart. I need to refresh the page or go to the cart page itself to see.

So is there anyway for me to load/refresh the ajax cart everytime it's toggled, like everytime i click on my cart icon, it will reload the cart before popup the cart model?
