Shopify.com has emailed me regarding registering my domain. This is a domain from Wix.com and the transfer was complete but now I need to register. Unfortunately, the link does not load, it reads “Page Not Found”. My domain will expire in 14 days and I have already paid for it. Can you please send me the correct link or help me solve this problem. Thanks!

I just want to confirm a couple of things with this to give you the best assistance.
You mentioned your domain is from Wix, is that where it is currently hosted, or it was originally purchased? Normally once domain links are sent, they have a specific time period where they expire. Although sometimes, there is a cache issue on the original device you opened the email, and opening the email on another device, may register/confirm the link for you.
If the above does not work, and the domain has not fully transferred, I may be able to reissue the email if you require this.
Can you share your domain here with me and I will see if I can see any issues relating to this, and also can you confirm if you have A) closed your Shopify store, or B) can see the domain on your new platform/hosting site?
