How can I remove a persistent shipping bar from my online store?

Few days before I installed an app to show shipping bar on my store, I have already deleted the app but the shipping bar is still showing on top of my store. Can anyone please help me fix this problem??

can you try this code if your store url this
1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/base.css ->paste below code at the bottom of the file.

.\38 16-mars14 {
    display: none !important;
}
