How can I remove billing address requirement in checkout with shopify plus? (Hiring)

Hi,

I heard it was possible to remove the billing address requirement in shopify plus with checkout.liquid or something. The billing address section is completely unneccessary for me since I sell digital entirely, and I would like my customers to only be required to click the checkout button once in order to pay/put their credit card details in. I would like to have the billing details section entirely removed while not running into issues proceeding to finish the rest of the transaction. Would also be nice to add something like "Secured by Shop Pay" or something on that page requiring card details. Is anyone able to do this for me for a reasonable price? Let me know please.
